Marking Recorded Video During Playback for Archiving
During playback, you can reserve recorded data that you want to archive.
1. Click at the point in the recorded video when you want to start archiving.
Video playback stops and the INFORMATION window appears.

2. Enter a TAG name, then click START.
The display returns to playback format and playing recorded video.
3. Click at the point at which you want archiving to end. The INFORMATION window
appears again.
4. Click one of the following buttons:
Note You must reserve data so it can be retrieved later for Archiving.
Note Reserved data will be reserved on the hard disk drive. You can use the
RESERVED DATA MANAGEMENT function on the ARCHIVING menu to see
the reserved data. See Using RESERVED DATA MANAGEMENT to See
Archived Data on page 79.
Button Function
RESERVE Click to reserve the currently selected data. See note below.
CONTINUE Click to reserve more data. The display returns to playback mode.
START Click to start reserving data.
STOP Click this button first to reserve current data. Then you can select
RESERVE.
CLOSE Click to exit without reserving recorded data.
