Navigation Menu Bar
Displays services and menus (Listings options) available by first highlighting
the word LISTINGS, then pressing the right arrow to scroll through and
access the additional options: LISTINGS, SORT, PROMOTIONS, SETUP,
MESSAGES, and SCHEDULE. (See page 58 for descriptions of the Menu
Bar options.)
LISTINGS – Displays program listings by channel and time.
SORT – Displays program listing by category for example, Sports, Movies,
etc.
PROMOTIONS – Displays promotions currently stored.
SETUP – Use to change TV Guide On Screen system Setup, Zip or Postal
Code, Cable Box settings.
MESSAGES – Displays a list of messages sent to the TV Guide On
Screen system.
SCHEDULE – Shows date, title, and start time of the programs that are
scheduled to be watched or recorded. Also allows the user to delete any
programs, and make changes to the recording schedule from Once to
Daily, or Weekly.
Tile
Shows listing of current programs with channel icons, including time of day
to Watch or Record. Also shows last channel viewed. Channels can be
turned on or off with the Editor option located on the Menu Bar.
Soft Action Buttons
FAVORITES: Sets up the HD DVR to automatically tune to a program as it is
broadcast. Press BLUE = Watch.
RECORD: Automatically sets up the HD DVR to record a program when it is
broadcast. Press GREEN = Record.
