System Power Off
Monitor Display Shutoff
• Press the Power Button on the front
panel or remote control for one
second to turn off the monitor only.
• The System will continue to record
while the monitor is off.
• The LED indicators on the front of the
System will remain ON.
• The monitor shutoff can be automatically
set using the Screen Saver settings in
the System Menu (refer to page 33).
System Shutoff
• Press and hold the Power Button on
the front panel or remote control for
six seconds to turn off the System.
• Only the ADMIN can turn the unit ON/
OFF.
• The System will NOT continue to
record while the unit is off.
• The LED indicators on the front of the
System will be OFF.
System Shutdown Prompt
NOTE: There are 3 available system
permission levels:
• Admin: Configured into the System
by default.
• Manager: Permission level when
adding a new user to the System -
provides Access to Search and view
live video (remote)
• User: Permission level when adding
a new user to the System - provides
the ability to view live video only
(remote).
