Note:
- When a NAT or router with IP masquerade exists between the digital recorder and the personal
computer, the IP address of the recorder becomes inconsistent with that shown on the recorder
list window and you will be connected to a wrong digital recorder.
- When an alarm occurs during normal recording, alarm notification packet is transmitted at the
start of alarm recording and at the resumption of normal recording subsequent to the end of the
alarm recording.
- The displayed date and time indicate when the digital recorder processed the alarm notification
internally, and they aren’t the exact date and time when the alarm notification was issued.
- The digital recorder doesn’t issue another alarm notification before the current alarm notification
is completed. If there is no response from the digital recorder that issued alarm notification, the
next alarm notification is suspended until the retry process is completed.
- The digital recorder can retain approx. 100 alarm notifications in its buffer. Recent alarm notifi-
cations exceeding the capacity of its buffer are discarded.
- The liability of the alarm notification function isn’t absolute. Don’t use it for making critical judg-
ment nor for any purposes related to human lives.
