11.7.4 Mode Out Control command (DX-NT430E only)
When you click the [Mode Out Control...] command of the [Control] command in the [Network]
menu, the following window will appear. You can control the MODE OUT terminals on the rear of
the connected digital recorder.
When this window appears, refreshing of live pictures and playback are automatically stopped.
This command is unavailable unless the [Control] authority described in Section 11.8.1 “User
Maintenance command” (
page 32) is effective. This command has effect only on the digital
recorders that support the Mode Out control function.
[Channel] ------------------------ When you click a number button, the live images from the camera
corresponding to the button you pressed are displayed.
[Mode Out] ---------------------- You can turn on or off the MODE OUT terminals on the rear of the
digital recorder.
By right-clicking the buttons in the [Mode Out] column, you can change the names of the buttons.
When the Mode Out settings aren’t LAN on the digital recorder’s side, the lamps under the buttons
are off and you can’t control the Mode Out terminals. In this case, by clicking the lamps to turn
them on, you can enable the Mode Out settings (or select LAN).
However, note that you can’t disable the Mode Out settings (or can’t change the settings of the
digital recorder to other than LAN) using this screen.
For detailed specifications such as output from the MODE OUT terminals, please refer to the
operation manual of the digital recorder.
You can call up the [Mode Out Control] window by right-clicking anywhere on the video window of
the main window alternatively. In this case, the camera right-clicked is automatically selected on
the [Mode Out Control] window.
