Setup Screen Operations
1 Tabs
The first step to making the settings is to
select one of the six tabs (Audio 1, Audio 2,
Video, Language, General or Other). Select
the desired setting item from the tabs to
display the various settings.
2 Setting items
The setting items for the selected tag
are displayed here.
3 Current settings/choices
The current settings of the different
modes or the choices for the setting
items are displayed here.
4 On-screen information
Information on the item specified with
the cursor is displayed here. The “
i
”
mark indicates information.
Names of parts on the setup screen
The setup screen consists of six tabs (Audio 1, Audio 2, Video, Language, General
and Other), the on-screen information and the operating guide.
5 Operating guide
A list of the buttons that can be used is
displayed here to help you when
operating the buttons. If there is more
than one button that can be used for
the same operation, only one of the
buttons is displayed.
Hint:
When the cursor is set to a tag, a list of the
current settings is displayed. After
checking that screen, select the mode for
which you want to make changes from
among the tags. (Page 60)
Note:
When the cursor is set to “Other” or when
the “Expert” setup screen is selected, the
on-screen information is not displayed,
regardless of the setting item.
