Skicka Makro-kommandon
Tjugo av knapparna på RR-1050 (nio enhetsknappar, EXT-
knappen och de nummeriska knapparna 0-9) kan lagra
Makro-kommandon (flera kommandon som skickas i ett
svep). T.ex. kan ett makro-kommando starta TVn, välja
kanal 5, starta surroundprocessor och väljer ingångskälla
till TVn. Ett makro-kommando skickas när MACRO-
knappen trycks följt av ett tryck på den knapp som makro-
kommandot är lagrat på. Se mer i avsnittet om Makro-
programmering längre fram denna bruksanvisning.
Multifunktions-knappar, användning
De fem knappar som benämns SCAN, PTY, P-TUN, TA och
TP har en speciell egenskap. De kan ”läras upp” till att ha
tre kommandon på varje knapp. Vid första tryckningen på
knappen skickas det första kommandot, det andra
kommandot skickas vid andra tryckningen och det tredje
kommandot skickas vid tredje tryckningen.
Ljus-knapp
I ett mörkt rum aktiverar RR-1050 bakgrundsbelysning
automatiskt i 6 sekunder varje gång en knapp trycks ned.
Tryck på ljusknappen för att tända bakgrundsbelysningen
manuellt i mörka rum. Denna knapps funktion är
avaktiverad i ljusa rum.
Knappljud
RR-1050 kan aktiveras att pipa varje gång en knapp trycks.
När denna funktion är aktiverad visas symbolen ” ” i
displayen. Tryck på ” /CLONE”-knappen för att aktivera
denna funktion av eller på.
Batteri-indikator
Batteri-indikatorn visas i displayen när batterierna är
svaga och behövs bytas ut.
• När batteri-indikatorn visas fast är
bakgrundsbelysningen avaktiverad för att upprätthålla
batteriernas funktion.
• När batteri-indikatorn blinkar är
batterikapaciteten mycket låg och fjärrkontrollen
spärrar alla funktioner tills batterierna är utbytta.
All programmering som finns i fjärrkontrollen sparas vid
batteribyte.
LOW BATTERY Indicator
The
indicator appears in the display when the batteries
are weak and need to be replaced:
• When the indicator appears solidly in the
display, the backlighting feature is disabled to pre-
serve battery power.
• When the indicator blinks, battery power is ex-
tremely low and the unit will lock all functions until
fresh batteries are installed.
All programming is saved while you are changing the
batteries.
Programming
The RR-1050 replaces up to nine remote controls, one for
each of the DEVICE buttons. The AUD DEVICE/INPUT
button of the RR-1050 is pre-programmed with control
codes for Rotel audio/video receivers or surround sound
processors. The V1 button is pre-programmed to operate
Rotel DVD players. The other DEVICE/INPUT buttons (CD,
TUN, TAPE and V2 - V5) are unprogrammed.
Any but-
ton in any device set can be reprogrammed
with new IR signals.
Additional programming op-
tions such as special macro programming, clearing memo-
rized commands, cloning commands from one RR-1050
to another and resetting the RR-1050 are described later
in this section.
Learning Mode
To teach the RR-1050 the commands from one of your other
remote controls, place the two remote controls end to end
as shown in the illustration at the front of this manual. The
IR signals sent by the other remote must be aimed at the IR
emitter/sensor of the RR-1050.
There are two different sets of steps used when program-
ming the RR-1050. One set is used to program the COM-
MAND buttons. A shorter set of steps is used to program
DEVICE/INPUT buttons to select an input source for the
device being operated.
To program a COMMAND button:
1. Press the LEARN button on the RR-1050. The
LEARN indicator blinks in the display.
2. Press the DEVICE/INPUT button of the RR-1050 to
select the device (CD, V2, etc.) whose command set
you want to program. The name of that device ap-
pears in the display.
3. Press the COMMAND button that you want to
program (4, CH UP/DOWN, etc.). The label for that
COMMAND button appears in the display and the
LEARN indicator stops blinking.
