The buttons on your DMR
1. STANDBY/ON: To switch your DMR on or off.
2. AV: To select the audiovisual sources (channels or devices connected to the AV
sockets).

Device connected on AV1 (TV set).

Device connected on AV2 (satellite receiver).

Rear AV sockets (S-VIDEO or AUDIO/VIDEO).

Front AUDIO/VIDEO socket.
3. VOLUME +/-: To adjust the volume of headphones connected on 12.
4. Disc tray.
5. OPEN/CLOSE: To open and close the disc tray.
6. PLAY: To play a disc inserted in the DMR’s disc tray (4) or resume viewing a
program after a television pause.
7. PAUSE: To pause on a still frame (DVD), for an audio pause (audio CD or MP3) or a
television pause (TV PAUSE).
8. STOP: To stop playback.
9. RECORD: To start recording a TV program.
