Only the buttons used for operating the TV are
described here.

Note: The error message "NOT AVAILABLE"
may appear if you press a key for a function that
is not available.
1 POWERturns the TV on and off. When the TV is
on, the green LED indicator on the TV front will
be illuminated.
2 PICSIZEcycles through the picture sizes: Normal,
TheaterWide 1/2/3, Full, 4:3, Native andDot by
Dot(_' pages 33-34).
Using these functions to change the picture
size (i.e., changing the heightfwidth ratio) for I
any purpose other than your private viewing I

3 PIC MODEselects the picture mode (L_¢page 36).
4 INPUTselects the video input source (_ page 29).
5 SLEEPaccesses the sleep timer (L_°page 47).
6 FREEZEfreezes the picture. Press again to restore
the moving picture (_. page 36).
7 ChannelNumbers(0-9, -/100) directly rune
channels. The _ button is used to rune digital
channels (rg' page 33) or to edit the Favorites List
(_ page 30).
8 FAVBROWSERaccesses the Favorites List in the
Channel Browser TM. (_ page 30).
9 RECALLdisplays TV stares information (_g_page
50).
10 CH AV cycles through programmed channels
when no menu is on-screen (_ pages 24-26).
11 C.CAPTIONaccesses the closed caption (_- page
37).
12 MUTEreduces or turns offthe sound (_- page
38).
13 V0L + - adjusts the volume level.
14 INF0displays TV stares information as well as
program details, when available (_. page 50).
15 EXITcloses on-screen menus.
16 ENTERactivates highlighted items in the main
menu system.
17 CH RTNreturns to the last viewed channel or
source (_ page 33).
18 Arrow buttons (AV_IP') When a menu is on-
screen, these buttons select or adjust
programming menus. (Also see _/1_.)
19 _/I" While watching TV, these buttons open the
Channel Browser TM. and rune to the previous/
next channel in the channel history (_, page 31).

20 MENUaccesses the main TV menu system (_.
pages 22-23).
21 STOP Stops the tape or DVD.
22 PLAYBegins playback of a tape or DVD.
23 SKIP _ Skips forward to locate later DVD
chapters.
24 FF Fast-forwards the tape or DVD.(Press during
play mode to view the picture moving rapidly
forward.)
25 ELECTEject the tape or DVD.
_ PAUSEPress during play or record mode to pause
the picture; press again to restart.
27 SKIP _ Skips back to beginning of current
DVD chapter, or locates previous chapters.
_ NEWRewinds/reverses the tape or DVD. (Press
during play mode to view the picture moving
rapidly backward.)
Note: You can use buttons #21 - #28 to control
the connected REGZA-LINK playback device
(DVD player, etc.) you are watching. However,
actual functions will depend on the device
connected.
