VIZIO LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
VIZlO provides a "ONE-YEARLIMITEDWARRANTY"against manufacturingdefects in materialsand workmanshipto the
originalpurchaserof a new VlZtO displaypurchasedfrom an authorizedVlZtO U.S.resellerand usedin the fifty (50) United
Statesor PuertoRico.
VIZIO's Responsibility
VtZlOdisplayspurchasednewfrom anauthorizedVtZlO U.S.resellerand thatare usedin thefifty (50)UnitedStatesor Puerto
Ricoare warrantedto be free from manufacturingdefectsin materialsand workmanshipfor one (t) year fromthe dated the
originalretailpurchase,tfthe displayfailsto conformto thislimitedwarranty,VlZlOwill, atitsoptionandsolediscretion,repairor
replacethe display.
Labor
Duringthe one-yearlimitedwarrantyperiod,VtZlO wilI provide,when needed,service laborto repaira manufacturingdefect.
Repairsrequiredondisplayswhicharethirty(30)inchesandlargergenerallywilIbe made"on-site"wherethe displayis installed.
Thedeterminationfor performingtheon-siterepairis dependentuponthemanufacturingdefectandisat VIZlO'soptionandsole
discretion Repairsrequiredon displayswhich are lessthan thirty(30) inchesgenerallywilI be performedat a VIZlO service
center.
Parts
Repairsmaybe madewithnew or recertifiedparts,or the entireunitmay bereplacedwith a newor recertifiedunit,atVtZlO's
optionand solediscretion.Replacementpartsor replacementunitsprovidedunderthis timitedwarrantyare warrantedfor the
remainingportiond the originalwarrantyperiod,orfor ninety(90)daysfromwarrantyserviceor replacement,whicheveris later.

VtZlO reservesthe right to assess all warranty claimsand to determineif defectsor damagesare coveredby this limited
warranty.Incaseofa claimthat is notcoveredbythiswarranty,youwill be contactedtodeterminewhetherVtZtOshouldrepair
thedamagefor a feeorwhethertheproductshouldbereturnedto youasreceivedbythe servicetechnicianorservicecenter.
Parts and servicelabor that are VtZtO'sresponsibilityunderthis limitedwarrantywilt be providedwithoutcharge.All other

productsnot suppliedby VlZtO, modification,alteration,improperservicingor tampering;damagefrom fire, water,lightning,
powersurges,abnormalenvironmentalconditionsor otheracts of nature;normalwear andtear; unsatisfactoryvisualor audio
performancenot causedby a manufacturingdefect;or displayswith a missingor unreadableserialnumber.Operationof the
displayfor commercialpurposesor in applicationsor usesfor whichthe displayis not intendedis not coveredby this limited
