VIZIO RETURNPOLICY
VtZlO'sreturnpolicyallowsfor productspurchaseddirectlyfromVtZtOtobe returnedby the originalpurchaserduringtheinitial
thirty(30) dayperiodfollowingthe date of purchase.A VtZtOreturnauthorizationnumbermustfirstbe obtainedas provided
below.The refundwill be thepurchasepriceactuallypaid bythe purchaserlessa ten percent(10%)restockingfee per each
itemreturned.Shippingandhandlingarenotrefundable.
The return authorization number must first be obtained from VlZlO's Customer Service by emaiting
CustomerSupport@VtZIO.comor by calling 949-428-2525,6:00AM to 9:00PM Pacific Time, Mondaythrough Friday,and
10:00AMto 2:00PMPacificTime, Saturdayand Sunday.Pleasenote that holidayhoursmayvary. Forup to date information,
pleasevisitwww.VtZtO.com.
Productsmust be returnedto theaddressspecifiedby VIZlOCustomerServiceand mustbeshippedinthe originalpackaging,
with freight prepaidto VIZlO, and must be receivedin new and unusedcondition.The return authorizationnumbermust be
includedin the packaging.VIZlO reservesthe rightto assessfees for any damagedor missingpartsin additionto the ten
percent(10%)restockingfee.
Returnauthorizationnumbersarevalidfor onlyfifteen(15)daysfromissuance.Thecustomerisresponsiblefor andmustprepay
allshippingchargesandshallassumeall riskof lossordamagetothe productwhilein transitto VIZlO.Ifthe productisreturned
toVlZtO(i) withouta VIZlOreturnauthorizationnumber,and/or(ii) beyondthe fifteen(15)day period,and/or(iii)withoutproper
packaging,VtZtO retainsthe rightto refusedeliveryof such returnor may returnthe unitto the customerat the customer's
expenseandwithno refundissued.Thisreturnpolicydoes notapplyto defectiveproducts.PleasereadVlZtO'sLimitedProduct
Warrantyfor warrantytermsandconditions.
ON-SITE WARRANTY
REPAIR PROCEDURE
On-Site Warranty Repair generally is performed on repairable displays which are 30 inches
and larger.
tfVlZlO TechnicalSupportdeterminesthat aproblemwitha displayunitmaybewithinthetermsandconditionsofthe VlZtO
LimitedProductWarrantyandthat anon-siterepairmaybeperformed,thecustomerwiIibeprovidedwithan on-siterepair
authorizationnumberandon-siterepairinstructions.The determinationfor performingtheon-siterepairmaybedependentupon
themanufacturingdefectandis at VlZlO'soptionandsolediscretion.Proofofpurchaseisrequiredto confirmtheproductis
withintheone-yearlimitedwarrantyperiodandmeetsthetermsandconditionsofthe VtZtOLimitedProductWarranty.
On-siterepairserviceis requestedthroughVlZlO'sthird-partyserviceprovider.AfterVlZlOprovidesthecustomerwiththe on-
siterepair(OSR)authorizationnumber,thethird-partyserviceproviderwillcontactthe customerandwillschedulethe repairat
thecustomer'slocation.Thetotalapproximatetimeforthe repairprocess,whichincludestherepairdiagnosis,dispatchingthe
technician,shippingthe replacementpart(s),and arrangingtheappointmentwiththe customer,iscompletedwithin
approximately3 to 5 businessdays,pendingavailabilityof thesefactors.
If it isdeterminedtheproductcannotbe repairedon-site,thecustomerwill be requiredtoshiptheunittoVlZlO'sservicecenter,
perthe belowwarrantyreplacementprocedure.
VIZlOis notresponsibleforthede-installationor re-installationofthe product.However,somestandardinstallationmaybe
performedduringtheon-siterepair,atVlZtO'soptionandsolediscretion.PleasereadVtZlO'sLimitedProductWarrantyfor
warrantytermsandconditions.
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
Warranty Replacement generally is performed on displays which are determined to be
economically unrepairable,
IfVtZlOTechnicalSupportdeterminesthat aproblemwitha displayunitmaybewithinthetermsandconditionsofthe VlZtO
LimitedProductWarrantyandthat arepairisnoteconomicallypossible,basedoncertainmanufacturingdefectsinmaterials
and/orworkmanship,and/orat VIZlO'soptionandsolediscretion,the customerwillbeprovidedwitha returnauthorization
numberandreplacementinstructions.Proofof purchaseisrequiredto confirmtheproductiswithinthe one-yearlimitedwarranty
periodandmeetsthetermsandconditionsof theVlZlOLimitedProductWarranty.
