Mail-In Warranty Repair generally is performed on displays which are smaller than 30 inches.

LimitedProductWarrantyandthat amail-inrepairmaybeperformed,thecustomerwill beprovidedwitha returnauthorization
numberandmail-inrepairinstructions.Proofof purchaseis requiredtoconfirmthe productiswithintheone-yearlimited
warrantyperiodandmeetsthetermsandconditionsoftheVtZlOLimitedProductWarranty.
ThecustomerwiltbeprovidedwithinstructionsforpackingandshippingtheunittotheVlZlO servicecenter.The originalcarton
boxand packingmaterial,oran equivalentasdesignatedbyVtZlO,must beutilized.Thecostofshippingto VlZlO'sservice
centerisat thecustomer'sexpense.Aftertheproductisrepairedandtested,theVtZlOservicecenterwillshiptheunitbackto
thecustomerat VlZtO'sexpense.VlZtOis notresponsibleforthe de-installationor re-installationofthe product.Pleaseread
