documentation (“Software”)provided with aToshiba Blu-rayDisc™/DVD player,or made availableby
downloading orotherwise to youby Toshibain whatever formor media,will constitute youracceptance of
these terms,unless separate termsare providedby the softwaresupplier orToshiba in thedocumentation
accompanying theToshiba Blu-ray Disc™/DVDplayer orotherwise, in whichcase certainadditional or
different termsmay apply. If youdo notagree with theterms ofthis EULA, donot use,download, install or
copy theSoftware. If youwish toreturn a completeBlu-ray Disc™/DVDplayer system (hardwareand
software), contactthe retailer whereyou purchasedthe Blu-ray Disc™/DVDplayer, andcomply with the
retailer’s standardreturn policies andprocedures.
Article 1Definition
The Softwaremeans all programscontained inthe Toshiba Blu-rayDisc™/DVD player.The copyright ofthe
Software belongsto Toshiba and/orits suppliers,including BSQUARE Corporationand/or itssuppliers. The
Software isprotected by copyrightlaws, UniversalCopyright Convention, andother lawsand conventions
related tointellectual propertyrights. Thecontent of theSoftware andmanual issubject to changeby Toshiba
without notice.
Article 2License Grant andUse Conditions
Toshiba grantsto you apersonal, non-transferableand non-exclusive rightto usethe copy of theSoftware in
accordance withthis EULA.You may permanentlytransfer all ofyour rightsunder this EULA,provided you
transfer completeBlu-ray Disc™/DVD playertogether withall of theSoftware, youretain no copies,and the
recipient agreesto theterms ofthis EULA.Ifthe Softwareis anupgrade version,any transfermust includeall
priorversions oftheSoftware. Formaintenancepurposes, youmayupdate theversion oftheSoftware onlyfor
the Blu-rayDisc™/DVD player thatis ownedby you.
Article 3Prohibited Uses
Unless otherwiseexpressly provided inthis EULAor the productmanual accompanyingthe Toshiba Blu-ray
Disc™/DVD player:
3.1.You maynotcopy theSoftware,in wholeorinpart, withoutexpresswritten permissionbyToshiba and/or
its suppliers.
3.2. Youmay notassign, resell, distributeor sublicense theSoftware ora copy of theSoftware.
3.3. Youmay notcreate, assign, resell,or sublicense secondaryworks ofthe Software withoutpermission.
3.4. Youmay notmodify, analyze, reverseengineer, decompile ordisassemble anypart of theSoftware.
3.5. Youmay notcombine or incorporatethe Software withor intoany other application.
3.6. Youmay notprint the Software.
