TACPfFHIwarrantthis plasmaTVandits parts againstdefectsin
materialsrv workmanshipfor aperiodof one (1)yearafterthe date
of odginalretailpurchase.DURING THIS PERIOD,TACP/THI
WILL, ATTACP/THI'S OPTION,REPAIROR REPLACEA
DEFECTIVEPARTWITH A NEW OR REFURBISHEDPART
WITHOUTCHARGE TOYOU FORPARTSOR LABOR.TACP/THI
Authorized ServiceStationpersonnelwill cometo your homewhen
warrantyserviceisrequired.Dependingon the typeof repair
required,eitherthe servicewill beperformedinyour homeorthe set
will betakento the TACPfrHIAuthorizedServiceStationfor repair
and returnedto yourhomeat nocost to you.
Rental Units
Thewarrantyfor rentalunits beginswith thedate offirst rental or
thirty (30) daysfromthe dateof shipmentto the rentalfirm,
whichevercomesfirst.
*Commemial Units
PlasmaTVssold andusedfor commercialpurposeshavealimited
ninety(90) daywarrantyfor allparts, labor.

Readthisowner's manuatthoroughlybeforeoperatingthisplasma
TV.Completeand mailthe enclosedproduct registrationcardwithin
ten daysafter you,or the personwho hasgivenyouthis product asa
gift, purchasedthisplasmaTV.Returningthe productregistration
cardwill enableTACP/THIto provideyou with bettercustomer
serviceandimprovedproduct support. Failureto return theproduct
registrationcardwill not affectyour rightsunderthiswarranty.
Your Responsibility
THEABOVE WARRANTIESARE SUBJECTTOTHE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS:
(1) Youmust provideyour bill ofsalerv other proof of purchase.
(2) All warrantyservicingof this plasmaTVmust bemadeby an
AuthorizedTACPFIHIServiceStation.
(3) 1he warrantiesfrom TACPand THI areeffectiveonly ifthe
plasmaTV is purchasedand operatedin theU.S.A.orPuerto
Rico.
(4) Laborservicechargesforset installation,setup,adfustmentof
customercontrols,andinstallationarenot coveredby these
warranties.
(5) Warrantiesextend onlyto defectsin materialsor workmanship
aslimitedaboveanddo not extendto anyplasmaTVor parts
that havebeen lostor discardedbyyou orto damageto plasma
TV orparts causedbymisuse,accident,Acts ofGod (suchas
lightningor fluctuationsin electricpowe0, improperinstallation,
impropermaintenance,or useinviolation of instructions
furnishedbyTACP/THI;or to unitsthat havebeenmodifiedor
hadthe serialnumber removed,altered,defaced,or rendered
illegible.

the AuthorizedServiceStationfor repairand returnedto your
homeat no costto you.
