(4) Laborservicechargesforset installation,setup,adjustmentof
customer controls,andinstallationarenot coveredbythese
warranties.
(5) Warrantiesextend onlyto defectsin materialsorworkmanship
aslimitedaboveanddo not extendto anyplasmaIV or parts
that havebeenlostordiscardedbyyou or to damageto plasma
IV or partscausedbymisuse,accident,Acts of God(such as
lightningor fluctuationsin electricpowe0, improperinstallation,
impropermaintenance,or useinviolationof instructions
furnishedbyICL; or to unitsthat havebeenmodifiedor hadthe
serialnumber removed,altered,defaced,or renderedillegible.
