Assemble Loader Valve Hoses
1. Attach 90° ends of hoses (21) to IN, OUT and PBY
ports of the loader valve.
2. Connect loader valve OUT hose to fittings in the
hydraulic manifold RETURN port.
3. Connect loader valve IN hose to fittings in the
hydraulic manifold PRESSURE port.
4. Attach adapter (C), yellow band (M), and female
quick coupler (H) to end of PBY hose (Figure 30).

Assemble Backhoe Valve Hoses
1. Attach yellow band (M) and male quick coupler (J) to
one 100” hose (Q).
2. Attach hose to backhoe valve IN port.
3. Attach elbow (E), red band (N), and female quick
coupler (H) to second 100” hose (Q).
4. Attach hose to backhoe valve OUT port.
5. Route hoses (Q) through guides on sub-frame weld-
ment.
6. Secure hoses with nylon ties every 20”.
7. Install decal #56139 to right tractor fender.
