INITIAL SETTINGS
Auto Set Up
A
Turn on the unit.
On the unit
Press 1 on the unit.
On the remote control
Press DVD 1 on the remote control.
The Clock Set display appears on the TV screen.
B
Set the date and time.
Repeat the same procedure to set the date and time.
When you set the time, press and hold rt to change the time
by 30 minutes.
When you set the date, press and hold rt to change the date
by 15 days.
If the confirmation screen appears, press we to select “OK”,
then press ENTER.

Select the TV system.
Press rt to select the appropriate TV system (refer to the
table below).
The Auto Set Up simplifies installation by guiding you
through the procedures of setting the language, clock and
tuner channels — simply follow the on-screen menus that
appear.

Before starting, make sure of the following:
The TV aerial cable should be connected to the unit.
The unit’s mains power cord should be connected to a
mains outlet.
Turn on the TV and select the AV mode.
Slide the TV/DVD switch to DVD.
A Press rt to select
“YEAR”, then press
ENTER.
B Press rt to set the year,
then press ENTER.
