9If using a TV that provides the T-V Link
function, channel settings can be
downloaded from the TV by connecting with
a SCART cable.

PREPARATION:
0 Switch TV/DVD on the remote control to DVD.

0 Check that the SCART cable to use is fully wired.
0 In areas where the PDC (Programme Delivery
Control) signals are not transmitted, the clock and
guide programme number cannot be automatically
set.

NOTE:
0 Settings can also be made from Setup Menu AINITIAL
SET UPB N ATUNER SETB N AAUTO SETB.
Perform step A-B [ P25] of AAuto SetupB.
C Select “T- V LINK”.
0 The AT-V LINKB screen will be displayed, and
auto setup is performed.
The ASCAN COMPLETEDB screen will be displayed
when T-V LINK is completed.
D Exit setup.

Other than the downloading of settings, the
following can also be done.
TV Auto Power On
If the play button on this unit is pressed, the TV
will be turned on and be switched to the input
connected with this unit.
Unit Auto Standby
You can use your TV’s remote control to turn off
this unit.
Direct Rec
Channels being watched on TV can be recorded
instantly.
