Recordable Once Only Programmes (Copy-once)
9Among digital broadcasts, there are programmes whose recording with digital devices is permitted
only once for the purpose of copyright protection. To record such programmes to a DVD disc, use
a CPRM-compliant disc.
9CPRM (Content Protection for Recordable Media) refers to the technology that enables the
recording of copyright-protected Acopy-onceB programmes.

To record to DVD, use a CPRM-compliant DVD-RAM or DVD-RW/-R (VR mode) disc. Formatting may be necessary
in order to use DVD-RW/-R disc in VR mode. [ P64]
0 When dubbing from HDD to DVD disc, the data will be transferred while the original data is erased. Data will not
be transferred if dubbing is terminated.
0 Unable to dub if the play list contains copy-once programmes.
