Power supply cable disconnected. Check the power supply cable.
Mains fuse blown. Check fuse
No set up screen
Receiver not switched on. Switch on receiver. Check mains cable, switch and fuse.
HDMI/SCART cable disconnected.
Check HDMI/SCART cable connection to receiver
and television.
Television not switched to HDMI/SCART input. Select television’s HDMI/SCART input.
Signal lock failed
Cables from the satellite dish disconnected or
connected to unacceptable signal.
Check the cable connections at receiver and dish.
Consult your installer if necessary.
Dish in the wrong position. Reinstall the dish. Consult your installer if necessary.
Signal strength below 50%
Dish in the wrong position. Reinstall the dish. Consult your installer if necessary.
Not accepting postcode
Broadcast error.
Postcode tables are not being transmitted. Use red
Default Channels button to activate default tuning.
‘No signal’ message
Cable from the satellite dish
disconnected.

Television does not support the current
resolution.
Keep MODE button pressed for 8 sec on your
remote. This will reset the resolution to 720p.
Full picture not visible
Mismatched screen format or that is how the
programme is being broadcast.
Choose the correct screen size to suit your TV.
