TV picture not HD
Tuned to an SD channel. Tune to an HD channel.
TV not capable of HD. Connect the receiver to an HD-Ready TV.
TV connected by SCART. Connect the TV with the HDMI lead.
No response with remote
control
Receiver in standby. Switch on the receiver.
Remote control not aimed at the
receiver correctly.
Aim the remote control at the receiver.
Remote sensor on the front of the receiver is
obstructed.
Check for obstructions in front of the receiver.
Receiver switches off after
3 Hrs
Auto Standby is on. Turn off the Auto Standby in the Set Up menu.
Cannot view a channel
Wrong channel number used. Choose the channel from Channel List.
