Understanding the ViewPoint ®on-screen menus
One of the distinctive features of this TV is Mitsubishi's exclusive
l ViewPoint ®
ON-SCREEN OPERATING SYSTI-M
Unlike other television menu systems, ViewPoint ® includes a
special Picture-in-Picture screen to let you view the TV picture
while you are using the menu.
ViewPoint ®also provides step-by-step instructions for using some
of the TV_s special capabilities.
When using the ViewPoint ®system, please keep the following in
mind:
The selected menu item is indicated in yellow.
The on-screen menus will turn off if no item i,; selected within 5
minutes.
Some on-screen menu items must be set befbre other items are
available. For example, "Set the Timer" will only be available if
"Set the Clock" has been set.
You can exit the on-screen menus any time by pressing the
MENU button repeatedly. You will then retu:rn to regular TV
viewing.
You can also exit the on-screen menus by pressing the HOME
button on the remote control. You only need to press the HOME
button once to completely exit from all menus
