Angle Selection

Lights when different angles are recorded for the
title currently playing.
Number changes to show the number of
the current angle. (The maximum number
stipulated by the manufacturers is 9.)
Some DVD discs contain scenes which have been shot simulta-
neously from a number of different angles. For these discs, the same
scene can be viewed from each of these different angles. (The
recorded angles differ depending on the disc used.)
1 While you are playing a DVD disc with different angles recorded,
press ANGLE to view the number of the current angle.
2 Use ' or " (or ANGLE) to change the scene to the next angle
in those recorded.
• About two seconds later, playback continues from the new
angle you selected.
• If no button is pressed within 10 seconds, playback contin-
ues without changing the current angle.
Sequence of angle shots
(Example)
• This function can only be used for discs on which scenes shot from
multiple angles have been recorded.
• If no angles are recorded on the disc, xx is displayed.
