VCR FUNCTIONS
One-Touch Timer Recording
This feature allows you to set the recording length
simply by pressing I RECORD (VCR) button on the
main unit.
VCR
1 During normal recording, press I RECORD (VCR)
button on the main unit to begin one-touch timer
recording.
You can select a fixed recording time by pressing
the I RECORD (VCR) button on the main unit
repeatedly.
When one-touch timer recording finishes, the
unit will turn off automatically.
To cancel the one-touch timer recording within
the specified time, press STOP C (VCR) button.
NOTE:
• If One-Touch Timer Recording finishes in VCR during play-
back or Record mode in DVD, the VCR will be in Stop mode
and the DVD keeps the current mode.

Time Search
This feature allows you to go to a specific point on a
tape by entering the exact amount of time you wish
to skip.
VCR
1 Press TIME SEARCH button.
Time search menu will appear.

Enter your desired time to skip using

buttons to start time search.
Forward or Reverse
If you want to move a tape forward, press
B
but-
ton.
If you want to move a tape backward, press
s
button.
After time search, the unit will play the tape
automatically.
NOTES:
• Time Search function is not available during recording.
• To stop the time search, press STOP
CC
(VCR) button at
step [3].
• To exit the time search menu, press RETURN button at
step [2].
• If a tape reaches to the end during the search, this unit
will cancel the search and rewind the tape.

Guide to Displays
Press DISPLAY button repeatedly to bring up the
display for VCR status.
1. Status of the current tape appears for 5 seconds
2. A recording speed appears for 5 seconds
3. Indicates a Tape Counter
4. Audio status of the played tape
