The unit can also be turned on by pressing these
buttons.
1 POWER:Turns the unit on / off.
2 SET UP:Press to display the Setup menu.
3 Number Buttons:
Press to select channel number.
Press to select a title / chapter / track on display.
Press to enter setting values.
Press to start the index / time search.
4 CLEAR:(DVR)
Press to clear the program once
entered in the Timer Recording setting mode
.
(DVD) Press to clear the password entered or the
program once entered,etc.
5 ZOOM:(DVD) Press to access the zoom function.
6 SUBTITLE:(DVD) Press to access the subtitle menu.
7MENU: (DVD) Displays the Disc menu.
8 ENTER:Press to confirm or select menu items.
9 / / / :Selects items or settings.
10 DISPLAY: Displays the on-screen menu.
11 DVR:(DVR) Press to activate the remote control and
switches the unit in DVR mode (refer to page
13).
12 SKIP H:(DVR) Press to skip to the chapter.
Or when playback is paused, press to play back in
reverse step by step.
(DVD) Press to skip to the previous title, chapter or
track.
13 PLAY B* : Press to start or resume playback.
14 REV E:During playback, press to play back in fast
reverse. Or when playback is paused, press to play
back in slow reverse.
15STOPC:(DVR) Press to stop playback or recording.
(DVD) Press to stop playback.
16 REC / OTR: (DVR)
Press once to start a basic recording. Press repeatedly
to set a One Touch Recording.
17 SEARCH:(DVD) Press to access the search menu.
18 REPEAT:(DVD) Press to access the repeat function.
19 A-B:(DVD) Press to access the repeat A-B function.
20 PAUSE F: (DVR) Press to pause playback or basic
recording.
(DVD) Press to pause playback.
21 FWD D:During playback, press to play back in fast
forward. Or when playback is paused, press to play
back in slow forward.
22 SKIP G: (DVR) Press to skip to the chapter.
Or when playback is paused, press to play back in
forward step by step.
(DVD) Press to skip to the next title, chapter or
track.
23 DVD: (DVD) Press to activate the remote control and
switches the unit in DVD mode (refer to page
13).
24 RETURN : Press to return to the previously
displayed screen.
25 TOP MENU: Press to call up the Title menu.
26 ANGLE:(DVD)
Press to select camera angles on a disc.
27 AUDIO:(DVD)
Press to select audio languages on a disc.
28 MODE:(DVD) Press to set the black level and virtual
surround on / off.
(CD / MP3 / WMA)
Press to set the virtual surround
on / off. Press to access the program / random play screen.
29 +10:(DVD) Press to enter the desired numbers which
are higher than 9.
30 PROGRAM RECORDINGS:(DVR) Press to call up
the Programmed Recordings Screen.
31 CHANNEL / :Press to change the channel up /
down.
32 TIMER PROG.:(DVR) Press to access the timer
program menu.
33 OPEN / CLOSE A* : (DVD) Press to open / close
the disc tray.
