direction SC to MS)

TP-More-Message-To-Send
Parameter indicating whether or not more
messages are waiting to the MS in the
SC.
0 More messages are waiting for the MS
in this SC
1 No more messages are waiting for the
MS in this SC
5 Mandatory:
TP-Status-Report-Qualifier
Parameter indicating whether the
previously submitted TPDU was an
SMS-SUBMIT or an SMS-COMMAND:
0 The SMS-STATUS-REPORT is the
result of a SMS-SUBMIT.
1 The SMS-STATUS-REPORT is the
result of an SMS-COMMAND
6 Optional:
TP-User-Data-Header-Indicator
Parameter indicating whether or not a
status report will be returned to the SME.
0 A status report will not be returned to
the SME
1 A status report will be returned to the
SME
