<Mode> 0 Stop battery charging.
1 Start battery charging.
2 Automatic battery charging.
<Ind> 0 Disable MBC unsolicited report (default).
1 Enable MBC unsolicited report.
<BatteryLevel> 0-5 Battery Level values (see Table 3-83).
<Status> The status of the battery charger:
0 The battery is in charging process.
1 The battery is not in charging process.
