TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter a minor problem with your computer, monitor, or software, refer to the following list of general suggestions
before taking further action:
• If you cannot log in to the system, check your user name and password.
• Make sure the computer and monitor are plugged into a working electrical outlet.
• Make sure the computer’s green power light is on.
• Make sure the monitor’s green light is on.
• If the monitor is dim, adjust the brightness and contrast controls.
• Check all cable connections for loose connections or incorrect connections.
• Remove all diskettes when you turn your system on.
• Contact your local support center for further assistance.
