3. Press 5 and b to select DATE/TIME and press t to open the DATE/
TIME Screen.
4. Press g and t to move between units.
Press 5 and b to change the values.
5. Press the F1( ) button (SET) to confirm the changes and return to
the
Setup
screen.
Press the F3/HOME button (CANCEL) to cancel the changes and return to
the
Setup
screen.
6. When done changing the setting, press the F3/HOME button to return to
the Home Screen.
NOTE
You can set the unit to automatically add this date and time to le names.
(See “Setting the format of le names” on page 82.)
CAUTION
The date and time setting is only retained for a few minutes if the unit is not
powered by batteries or a TASCAM PS-P520 AC adaptor (sold separately).
When using batteries, replace them before they completely lose power.
Inserting and removing microSD cards
Inserting the card
NOTE
A microSD card is already installed when the unit is shipped from the factory.
If you want to use this microSD card to record and play video and audio and
take and view photos, there is no need to reinstall it.
1. Open the microSD slot cover on the left side panel of the unit.
2. Insert the microSD Card into the slot as shown in the following
illustration until it clicks into place.
