7 – Video and Audio Playback
Setting the playback speed (method 2)
You can set the playback speed control on the
PB Control
screen.
1. Press the MENU button to open the
MENU
screen.
2. Use the Pointing Stick to select the
PB CONTROL
menu item and
then press the center of the Pointing Stick to open the
PB Control
screen.
3. Press t or the center of the Pointing Stick.
4. Press 5 and b to set the speed.
The speed can be set in a range between x0.5 and x1.5 in x0.1 increments
(default: x1.0).
5. When done changing this setting, press the F3/HOME button to return
to the Home Screen.
Deleting the selected file
Use the following procedure to delete the current le without opening the
BROWSE
screen.
1. On the Home Screen, use g and t to select the file you want to delete.
2. During playback or when playback is stopped or paused, press the F2
button (DELETE) to open the
FILE DELETE
confirmation pop-up.
3. If you want to delete the file shown, press the F1( ) button (YES) to
delete the file and close the pop-up. The next file in the playback area is
loaded automatically in a stopped state.
Press the F3/HOME button (NO) to cancel deletion and close the pop-up.
NOTE
You can also delete les from the
BROWSE
screen. (See “File operations” on
page 59.)
