HOW STATE LAW RELATES TO WARRANTY

RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS
WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE IN THE
U.S.A. SOME STATES OF THE U.S.A. DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED
WARRANTY LASTS, WHEN AN ACTION MAY BE
BROUGHT, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO
THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES.
