9 When you encounter problems with the
operating procedures, the help guide displays
advices on operations that are closely related
to the current usage condition.

IMPORTANT:
0 While the help guide is being displayed, operations
such as recording and playback is not possible. In
addition, the GUIDE Plus+ system or the timer
programme setting screen cannot be displayed.

C: VHS related explanations
B: HDD related explanations
A: DVD related explanations
0 If the VHS deck is selected during HDD Y DVD
dubbing, the HELP button cannot be operated.
A Access the “HELP” menu.
0 An index containing items relating to the
currently displayed screen appears. If there are
no particular items to relate to, the first page of
the index will be displayed.
0 The index page can be advanced using TOP
MENU or MENU.
B Select an item of interest.
0 The explanation page will be displayed.
0 You can browse the explanation page using the
Selection Keys (FG).
0 To return to the AINDEXB screen, press RETURN.
C Exit the “HELP” screen.
