When all slots within a magazine are checked for discs, you have the option to
continue checking magazines for discs. Press the Enter button to confirm your
selection.
Once a magazine is probed and it remains within the DRM-7000, the disc and slot
information is logged. There is no need to perform the check again as long as the
magazine is in the changer or is locked while outside of the changer.
5.2.8 Door Submode
The Door submode opens the access panels or doors to swap 50-disc magazines, to
swap drives, or to add discs. To open an access panel, all discs must be returned to
the appropriate magazine slots or to the mail slots. The submode appears as follows.

Open & Rebuild
Press the Enter button to confirm that all drives are empty. If any discs remain in a
drive, the following message appears on the LCD display.
Host must return
every disc first
Press the Escape button to return to the User mode and issue the Return All Discs
command from the host computer before issuing the Door submode again.
After all drives are confirmed as empty, press the Up Arrow or Down Arrow button to
select the access door to open.
F ront, Rear
or Both?
Press the Enter button to open the selected panel(s).
Front-door :Open
Rear-door :Close
The system automatically returns to User mode when an access door is opened. To
use a different submode, press the Function button to re-enter the System
Administrator mode.
