RECORDER MENU
SETTINGS
Settings ( indicates default setting.)
* CC: Operates while alarm is active. (Operates for more than 5 seconds per alarm.)
Alarm recording settings

Press the [MENU] button.
The [MENU] button lights, and the <MAIN MENU>
screen is displayed.

Select “3. RECORDER MENU”, and
press the [ ] button.
The <RECORDER MENU> screen is displayed.

“2. ALARM REC MODE SET”, then
press the [ ] button.

Item Setting Description
(1) ALARM MODE
OFF Does not perform alarm recording.
ENABLED Always performs alarm recording, whether or not timer recording is being performed.
AL-REC ON TIMER Performs alarm recording only during timer recording.
AL-REC OFF TIMER Performs alarm recording only when timer recording is not being performed.
OLY AL-RC ON TMR
Performs alarm recording only for the amount of time set by the timer.
Does not return to timer recording standby.
(2) ALARM DURATION
Time selections*: CC/5SEC/10SEC/20SEC()/40SEC/1MIN/2MIN/3MIN/4MIN/5MIN/10MIN/15MIN
Sets the amount of time for recording when a single alarm is generated.
(3) ALARM TRIGGER
Selects how to detect intruders.
ALARM
Performs alarm recording when an external alarm is generated (when a switch is attached to
the alarm input terminal on the rear panel, and the switch is activated).
SENSOR
Performs alarm recording when the motion sensor detects movement. See the information on
setting the motion sensor. (

ALARM OR SENSOR Performs alarm recording when either the external alarm or motion sensor is activated.
ALARM AND SENSOR
Performs alarm recording when both the external alarm and motion sensor are activated
simultaneously.
(4) VIDEO LOSS
ON
Displays “VIDEO LOSS” on the screen when the camera image is interrupted.
Also outputs the WARNING signal to a rear panel terminal.
OFF Doesn’t display “VIDEO LOSS” on the screen when the camera image is interrupted.
