Answering a Video Conference Call
Depending on your setting, you can either respond to a request to participate in a video conference call
manually (manual answer) or automatically (automatic answer). (

Note
• Make sure that peripheral devices (e.g., display, main video camera) are turned on.
When Manual Answer is Set
When a video conference call is incoming there will be an incoming call ring, and a dialog box is displayed.
When the caller is registered in the contact list, the caller’s
group/site is displayed.
When the caller is not registered, the caller’s IP address is
displayed.
Operation with the Main Unit
1 Press [Start].
• The video conference begins.

Operation with the Remote Control
1 Press [Start].
• You can also answer the video
conference call by pressing [Enter].
• The video conference begins.

Note
• If you
do not answer a video conference call within approximately 60 seconds, the call will be terminated
automatically.
