This menu lets you access the other menus (except the Custom VCR Setup menu, which
must be accessed through the Record Setup menu), as follows:
1. Press the QUAD button for about three seconds until the Main Selection menu
appears. The currently selected menu item blinks.
2. Use the arrow buttons to move between items on the screen.
3. When the cursor is on the menu you want to access, press the +/- button to select it.
4. To exit programming mode, position the cursor on EXIT and then press the +/- button.
