Set “LEVEL” to “OFF” in Step 7, then pr ess H.
To change the password
1 After Step 3, select “CHANGE P ASSWORD” using
M /m , then pr ess , or ENTER.
The display for changing the passwor d appears.
2 Follow Steps 2 and 3 to enter a new passwor d.
Playing a disc which is blocked by the playback
limitation level
1 Insert the disc and pr ess H.
The PARENTAL CONTROL display appears.
2 Enter your 4-digit passwor d using the number buttons,
then pr ess ENTER.
The player starts playback.
When you stop playing the DVD, the level r eturns to
the original level.
zIf you forget your password
Enter the 6-digit number “199703” whenever the PARENTAL
CONTROL display asks you for your password, then press
ENTER. The display will ask you to enter a new 4-digit
password.
