PROGRAM RANDOM No display (Normal playback)
Program Playback
You can arrange songs on a disc in the order you want to play them.
• You can include up to 32 songs in a program.
■ While a DVD Audio is stopped
1 Press [PLAY MODE] until PROGRAM is displayed.
Each press of the button changes the display mode as shown below.
2 Specify the group and track numbers.
1) While pressing [GROUP], press the number keys to specify the group number.
2) Press the number buttons to select the track number.
3 Specify the next group and track number.
• If you want to specify another track in the same group, you can skip the step specifying the group.
• You can repeat the same track several times.
• If you make a mistake entering a number, press [CANCEL]. The last track in the program is deleted.
4 When you have finished the programs, press # (Play).
Playback begins using the track order in the program.
• After all tracks in the program have been played, playback stops.
Since the player is still in Program mode, you can continue Program playback.
• Even if you press [PLAY MODE] and select either [NORMAL PLAYBACK] or [RANDOM PLAYBACK], you can
still use Program playback after they have finished.
• You can use fast forward/backward or skip through the track, as you would with [NORMAL PLAYBACK].
Checking and editing the contents of a program
Press the ¢ button while the disc is stopped. Each press of the button displays the tracks in the program in the order
they are programmed. Press 4 to display them in reverse order. The program number currently selected blinks.
• Deleting a program step:
Press [CANCEL]. The selected (blinking) program step is deleted.
• Adding a step to a program:
Repeat the procedure in step 2 and specify the new group and track number. The new program step will be inserted
at the currently selected (blinking) program number.
• When you have finished checking the program:
If you press [ENTER], the program step number stops blinking and you return to the last step in the program.
