The various adjustments for the video output
signals are performed using this VTR.
0002 BOTH :
The various adjustments for the video output
signals are performed using both this VTR and an
external encoder remote controller.
<Notes>
z For video adjustments, refer to “Video output signal
adjustments” (page 35).
z If the signals are adjusted with the external
encoder remote controller, the adjusted values are
reflected in the setup menu. However, the adjusted
numerical values will not be stored unless about 1
minute has elapsed after completion of the
adjustment operation. If the unit is turned off after
executing the adjustments with the external
encoder remote controller, it is necessary to wait
about 1 minute before turning off the power.
z Settings in this menu are not effective for the
IEEE1394 digital output.

V LEVEL
CTRL
For selecting what is to be controlled when the video
output level is to be adjusted by an external encoder
remote controller.
0000 HD :
The HD video output level can be adjusted.
0001 SD :
The SD video output level can be adjusted.
0002 BOTH :
Both the HD and SD video output levels can be
adjusted.
