8) Enable "Spot" and drag & drop the audio region list to the track area (see arrow 8).
The "Spot Dialog" window appears.
9) Click on " " in the "Spot Dialog" window, followed by "OK" (see arrow 9 below).
Clicking on " " sets the "Original Time Stamp" time to the "Start" time. Then clicking on "OK"
imports audio data from the specified position.
