Using the DVD Menus
Some DVDs contain menus that describe the contents of the Disc
or allow you to customize Disc playback.For example,the menu
mayoffer choices for subtitle languages,director's commentary, or
soundtrack playback.
To use the DVD menu and select playbackfeatures,follow these
steps.
Before you begin,placethe DVD/VCR in DVD mode.
Pressthe DVD/VCR OUTPUT button sothat the red DVD light
appears on the front of the DVD/VCR.

Press the DVD button, then press the MENU button. The
DVD's main menu will appear.

Press the arrow buttons (A/v/_1/1_ ) to select an item,
then press the ENTER button. Continue this processto set up
all the features you wish to see on the Disc.

Using theTitle Menu
Some DVDs havea Title Menu,which liststhe Titles availableon
the Disc. Use the Title Menu to start playbackat a specificTitle.
Some DVDs may allow you to choose Chapters from the Title
menu.
For example, if a DVD has 10Titles and you want to go directly to
Title 5, follow these steps.
Before you begin, place the DVD/VCR in DVD mode.
Press the DVD/VCR OUTPUT button so that the red DVD light
appears on the front of the DVD/VCR.

Press the DVD button, then press theTITLE button. The
Title Menu will appear.
To access the DVD's Title Menu...

If aTitle menu is not available,the _ symbol may appear on the
TV screen.
NOTE: If the DVD only has a main menu, the main menu may
appear when you press the TITLE button.

Press the arrow buttons (A / v / _1/ I_ ) to select the
desired Title, then press the ENTER button.
Playback will begin at the Title you selected.

Not all DVDs haveTitle menus.
