How to set the menus:
2. The following describes how to set O Timer time as an
example.
1. Press the MENU button.
2. Press the t or u button to select Setup menu to use.
3. Press the ENTER button (or q button).

ITEM SETTING FUNCTION
Picture Mode Cinema This is a mode for watching movies in dim lighting as in a
theater.
VIDEO This is a standard mode suitable for watching video images,
etc.
3D This is a mode for watching 3D Film.
Dynamic This is a bright mode suitable for watching sports images.

Contrast ±50 Use to adjust the contrast of the projected image. (See page

Brightness ±50 Use to adjust the brightness of the projected image. (See

3D
This is a brightest mode suitable for watching 3D movies.

This is a mode to customize the gamma curve.
Setup Level
0 IRE
Select this mode when the black of image is dark enough.
3.75 IRE
This is middle level.
7.5IRE
When 7.5 IRE is selected, the brightness is decreased by the
set-up cancel function for the U.S.
Color Temp. 7 Options Use to adjust the Image Color Temp. (See page 40.)
Cinema Filter 2 Options Enhances the Image brightness.

3 Options Select Frame Rate conversion mode.
Available settings in the menus
Set the following items on their relevant menus.
4. Press the p or q button to select O Timer item to
adjust.
5. Set the desired o timer by pressing the t or u
button.
To cancel the menu:
6. Press the MENU button.
Important:
• When the MENU button doesn’t function, unplug
the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait about 10
minutes, plug the power cord in, and try again.
• After selecting the items marked with
, press the
ENTER button.
