(2) Unlocking and locking the remote password
The remote password is unlocked (connection is allowed) via the modem by the
serial communication module or via Ethernet by the Ethernet module.
When the remote password is matched, connection to the remote I/O module is
allowed.
The figure below shows the outline of unlocking and locking (connection is
allowed) a remote password with the Ethernet module.

1) Transfer the remote password
to QJ71E71 when the system
is powered on or it is reset.

2) Enter a remote password when connecting

after the password is unlocked.
