Changing the Input Source Setting
If you have connected an -compatible component to the MD/TAPE or CDR/VIDEO jacks, you
need to change the input source setting so that the system functions, such as Direct Change, will
work correctly.
Example: Switching from “MD” to “TAPE”:

input source.
The unit displays the current input source (MD).
Press PRESET MEMORY to display the
parameter.
The unit displays “NAME SEL” for one second.
Press INPUT / to select the con-
nected input source.
In this example, select “TAPE.”
Press PRESET MEMORY.
The unit displays “COMPLETE” and the input
source changes accordingly.
