Skipping forward
During playback, press . repeatedly until you locate the desired
chapter or track.
Skipping back to the previous chapter (track)
During playback, press . repeatedly until you locate the desired
chapter or track.

Fast forward
Press and hold on the remote controller (or on the unit) during
playback to scan forward.
“1” blinks on the TV screen during fast forward.
Reverse scanning
Press and hold on the remote controller (or on the unit) during
playback to scan backward.
“1” blinks on the TV screen during reverse scanning.
Resuming normal playback
Release the button at the desired start point.
Changing the fast forward speed
DVDs have three scanning speeds: 1 ➔ 2 ➔ 3
Audio CDs and Video CDs have two scanning speeds: 1 ➔ 2
MP3 have only one scanning speed.
Press during playback to start scanning.
The speed changes as follows each time you press the button:
(slow) 1➔ 2 ➔ 3 (fast)

During playback or in pause mode, press STEP/SLOW + on the
remote controller.
The picture advances one frame each time you press the button.
Reverse frame playback
In pause mode, press STEP/SLOW – on the remote controller.
The picture retards one frame each time you press the button.
You cannot use reverse frame playback with video CDs.
Resuming normal playback
Press .
