Changing audio
[RAM] [DVD-V] [VCD]
Remote control only
You can change the audio being received or played with the follow-
ing procedure.
Preparation
Switch [DVD, TV] to DVD.
During reception or play
Press [AUDIO] to select the audio type.
How the type changes depends on when you press the button.
º While receiving Multi-channel Television Sound
Stereo (MTS) [A]
Stereo>SAP>Mono

Stereo: To listen to the main audio (stereo)
³Select Mono if reception is poor during a stereo
broadcast.
SAP: To listen to the secondary audio program.
Mono: To listen to a broadcast in monaural.
º While playing a television program recorded on
DVD-RAM [B]
If it is a recording of an MTS broadcast
