Playing at random—Random Play

Before starting playback, press ON SCREEN twice.
The menu bar appears on the TV.

The RANDOM indicator lights in the display window,
and the unit starts Random Play.
• With an SVCD/VCD disc, the menu bar
automatically goes off.
• After playing all tracks of the disc, the unit stops
playback and Random Play is cancelled.
To stop and cancel Random Play
Press

To clear the menu bar and status bar if still shown

ON SCREEN
again.
Playing repeatedly—Repeat Play
To repeat the current track/file or all tracks/files
For DVD Video: During playback
For SVCD/VCD: During playback without PBC and
while in stop mode

OFF: Repeat Play is cancelled

TRACK: Current track repeat
ALL: All track repeat
A-B: A-B repeat (only selectable during play:
see the following page.)
OFF: Repeat Play is cancelled.
To start Repeat Play,
press

To stop repeat playback

• When a DVD Video disc is loaded, the unit stops
playback and cancels Repeat Play.
• When a disc of another type is loaded, the unit stops
playback but does not cancel Repeat Play (except A-B
repeat).
To cancel Repeat Play
Select “OFF” in step 3 above.
To clear the menu bar and status bar
