PriortothefirmwareupdatewithParagonUpdate,ensurethe
P2‐HubPacispoweredON.
1. Doubleclick“ParagonUpdate_xxx.exe”(xxxrepresentstheversion).
TheParagonUpdatewindowappears.
2. SpecifythedeviceinformationoftheconnectedHubPac.
a. TypeanamefortheHubP
acintheNamefield.
b. Select<DefaultSerial>intheIPadddress/Serialfield.
c. TypetheCOMportnumberthatyourPCassignstotheHubPac
inthePortfield.
3. Selectthecheckbox(
)besidetheHubPacdevice.
4. ClickLoadHexFileandnavigatetoselecttheappropriatefirmware
file.
5. ClickSendToParagon.
6. ClickYes.Theutilitystartstoupgradethe“connectedcluster”ofthe
HubPac.
7. Whentheconnectedclusterisupgradedsuccessfully,the“Device
UpdateSuccessful”messagea
ppears.
