Whenthesy
stemissettoPublicView(P‐View)mode,ifoneuserhas
alreadyselectedaserver,anotherusercanalsoselectit,butthesecond
usercanonlyviewvideooutput,notcontrolitorinputanydatawiththe
keyboardandmouse.Inthismode,otherOSUIgr
aphicelementswill
appearonthescreenwhenyouselectvariousservers:
• Whenyouselectaserverthatsomeoneelseisalreadycontrolling,a
messageshowingthenameoftheserverbeingviewedwillappearon
yourmonitor.Itcannotberemoved,butwilldisappearafterthree
seconds.PressEsctoret
urntothemainSelectionMenu.
• Ifanotheruserchoosestoviewthevideoofaserveryouhavealready
selected,youwillseeamessagebearingthatuserʹsnameforthree
seconds,twice—firstwhentheseconduserbeginsviewingandthen
whentheseconduserstop
sviewing.
WhenthesystemissettoPrivatemode,“BlockedChannels
Identification”isactivatedautomatically.
• Whenablockedchannelisdetected,itwillbedisplayedinlightblue
ontheSelectionMenu(whetherinorderofchannelnumberorname)
todistinguishfromachannelthatisactiveandav
ailabletoaccess(in
green).
• Whenablockedswitchisdetected,itwillbedisplayedinredonthe
SelectionMenu(inorderofchannelnumberonly)todistinguishfrom
aswitchthathasavailablepathreach(inpurple).
• TheʹBlockedChannel/switchIdentificationʹisuserstationdependent.

• Channelthatisactiveandunoccupiedbyauser.
• Userisunabletoswitchtothatchannelbecausethereisnoavailable

ied.
• Userisunabletoswitchtoserversthatareconnectedtochannelports
oftheswitch.
