4. Click the Settings2 tab.
This dialog box enables you to set the access rights to the
WebCommander’s Meeting Director module and to perform various
tasks while monitoring on going conferences. In addition, general user
behavior may be defined.
5. Define the following parameters:

Meeting Director module and monitor On Going
